Central Office

The Central Office of CEAPRED is located at Shantibasti, Lalitpur, Nepal its own premises. Shantibasti is located in the south- west part of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City just outside the ring road and east of Bagmati River at Balkhu.

Project Coordinators and Field Offices have the needed facilities such as furniture and have access to communication and office equipment. The purpose of field offices is to serve as a contact point. The Center believes that its Field Offices should be simple but effective to fully realize the objectives of the projects being implemented.

CEAPRED's Manpower

The Center has a pool of experienced professionals. The multi-disciplinary team comprises of Socio-economists, Agriculturists, Seed Technologists, Sociologist/Demographer, Engineers, Communication Specialists and Specialists in other areas of Community Development.

At present, a total of 306 full-time staff are engaged in various developmental activities being carried out by large majority (over 90%) staff is serving in the field. Of them, 34 are senior professionals, 46 are medium level professionals, 190 are junior level professionals and 36 are support staff. About 25 percent of the staff is female and 7 percent are Dalits. Additionally, the Center maintains a roster of various professionals and experts in multiple areas and their services can be availed as and when necessary.
